Coming Home Inc invited almost 300 neighbors and abutters to share their concerns, their questions, and their support.
Our President, John Anderson, described our mission, to provide affordable rental housing, with a preference for Groveland residents. Our architect, Brett Donham, presented a plan for 15 units of affordable rental housing, and an affordable day care center.

Coming Home Inc purchased the Point Property from Mr and Mrs Perris, with a mortgage from Georgetown Savings Bank, and support from Trinity Episcopal Church of Haverhill, from St James' Episcopal Church of Groveland, and from Episcopal City Mission of Boston.
It was later recognized as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization by the IRS.
