The Mission of Coming Home Incorporated is
to promote the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of members of the community:

By providing affordable rental housing to live in and enjoy, and
By providing affordable day care, and
By advocating for related infrastructure,
such as transportation and social networking, that enhances the neighborhood and wider community.

In Phase I, we will do what we can "as of right". We plan to provide 2 units of affordable rental housing, on the second and third floor, at 740 Washington Street. There will be a 2 bedroom, and a 3 bedroom unit.

We will also seek a suitable tenant for the first floor. This mght be an affordable day care center.

Residents of Groveland will have preferential access to these facilities.

We plan to have these facilities managed by experienced professionals.
