Coming Home Inc is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Copies of its bylaws and articles of incorporation are available upon request.
It has been recognized by the US IRS as a not-for-profit organization, commonly called a 501(c)(3) corporation.
The following are the officers of the corporation:
The board of directors is formed of persons from St James' Episcopal Church, Groveland; from Trinity Episcopal Church, Haverhill; from Episcopal City Mission; and from the community. They meet as required.
